By accessing, browsing, or using the 7bat Platform — whether or not you register an Account — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7bat. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account (if one has been registered).

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 7bat Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
7bat reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by the Platform may result in immediate suspension of Account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 7bat Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether through the same or different identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being suspended and any associated balances forfeited.
When registering a 7bat Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes. 7bat is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified 7bat of any unauthorised access.
All Account Wallets on the 7bat Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in alternative currencies via payment processors may be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. 7bat is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
In general, only one Account per household, IP address, device, GCash number, or payment method is permitted. Where multiple Accounts are detected sharing identifying information, 7bat reserves the right to review and, where appropriate, close duplicate Accounts and withhold associated promotional benefits.
7bat is required by PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, to conduct identity verification on all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, during the course of active play.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
7bat processes all submitted KYC documents within one to three (1–3) business days. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold during the verification period. Funds will not be returned to the payment source until KYC is completed satisfactorily. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents is a serious breach that will result in permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
7bat accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion. All deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
7bat does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own service charges, for which 7bat bears no responsibility. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's name are not accepted and will be reversed.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 7bat reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are flagged by automated risk systems, or are submitted by Accounts with incomplete KYC profiles. During such review periods, standard processing times may be extended.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent dispute through your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your 7bat Account constitutes fraud. 7bat will pursue all available legal remedies, including the suspension of Account access, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR as appropriate.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 7bat are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All Games available on the 7bat Platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are verifiable against each game provider's published specifications.
7bat does not modify, override, or otherwise interfere with the underlying game mechanics, outcome generation, or RTP of any Game provided by licensed third-party providers. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the provider's certified RNG engine.
Each Game on the Platform is governed by specific game rules made available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed results and the server-side outcome record, the server-side record shall be definitive.
7bat reserves the right to void game rounds or withhold payouts pending investigation where a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption may have affected the integrity of a game outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7bat Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 7bat Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations and subject to KYC completion) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are permanently forfeited. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completion of the standard KYC and security review process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7bat's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Games shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 7bat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
7bat collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with the 7bat Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.
7bat complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and processes all personal data in a manner consistent with the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality as required by that Act.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted first to 7bat's internal dispute resolution process by contacting Customer Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their account has been handled inconsistently with PAGCOR's operating standards may lodge a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
7bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the Platform homepage, a notification within the Player's Account dashboard, or an email to the Player's registered email address.
Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification for material changes unless required on shorter notice by PAGCOR or applicable law. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
